Finn Ní Fhaoláin, Writer, Chef, Ocean Scientist & Advocate

Finn is a bestselling author, chef and marine biologist. She works freelance for the Irish Whale and Dolphin Group and is an ambassador for Clean Coasts and An Taisce’s Climate Change Program.

Living in the little seaside town of Bundoran, Finn loves to surf, hike and forage along the shores of Donegal.

Finn works with companies and brands producing written, video and social media content for the likes of; The Wild Atlantic Way, SSE Airtricity, Mazda, Surfgirl, Finisterre and Patagonia. She gives talks and demos for groups, festivals and TV around healthy eating, sustainable living and going plastic free.

Excited to collaborate with Hotel Doolin for this years Surfest, Finn cant wait to team up with the HD chefs to create a delicious menu especially for the festival. The dishes will be designed to warm you up after a surf in the Atlantic and fuel you up for the movies and night ahead!
